We are pleased to announce the Inaugural CSCT Symposium on October 4th and 5th, 2025 in Calgary, Alberta. This exciting event will offer an exceptional opportunity for professional development, networking, and celebration.

Event Highlights:

Saturday, October 4th: The Symposium will feature a comprehensive educational program, showcasing a distinguished lineup of expert speakers who will cover the latest and most relevant topics in our field.

Evening Reception: Following the educational sessions, join us for a member’s dinner at the Symposium venue. Enjoy a signature beverage, entertainment, and a commemorative gift provided by your national society.

Sunday, October 5th: The CSCT Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 1:00 pm MDT.

Virtual participation options will be available for both the educational program and the AGM.

Early Bird Rates (Until August 1):

·        In-Person: $50

·        Virtual: $70

Regular Rates (After August 1)

·        In-Person: $75

·        Virtual: $95

In-person registration includes:

• Access to all educational sessions
• CSCT members’ dinner

Virtual attendees who wish to attend the CSCT dinner may purchase tickets for $25.

Additional tickets for the CSCT dinner for non-registrants and non-member guests will be available for purchase.
